Pondhu is a newly refurbished, spacious waterside home just yards from Mylor Yacht Harbour — enjoying lovely views over the marina and Carrick Roads. Set at the entrance to picturesque Mylor Creek, it's an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty renowned for sailing, wildlife and wooded creeks.

Sleeping twelve across five bedrooms and five bathrooms, with a master suite, ground-floor bedrooms, a separate office, and underfloor heating throughout — it's equally cosy for a smaller group and effortlessly spacious for two families.

Cook on the Bertazzoni range, pull a Sage Oracle espresso, load the Miele dishwashers, and finish the day in the private outdoor sauna. Castaways and Café Mylor are both a stone's throw away. Pondhu is a home, not a hotel.
